From Star Diner to Star Taco Same Chef, New Flavors
At Star Taco, Chef Brian Sonoskus & his wife Kate, believe in bringing people together - offering a place of comfort. Isn't sharing delicious food an excellent source of comfort?
After Hurricane Helene devastated downtown Marshall, Kate & Brian didn't know what the future would hold, but they were determined that it would include working in Marshall again as soon as possible.
Today, we are literally watching the town rebuild around us; Star Taco is right in the middle of all of it, next to the courthouse, right across from Zuma.
